QFL No-Foot-Ball Cup I is under way (2 March 2015)
The QFL have relaunched their QFL Cup Series with the premier edition of the No-Foot-Ball Cup for which all kicking plays have been abolished.Among the teams trying to take the QFL cup away from current holders duffeldoffel's Reds are two independent teams stepping onto the QFL gridiron for the first time ever: The Jetto Basterds and owl49er's billygoats.
The quarterfinal pairings and the tournament bracket have been determined by an open draw:
NFBC I - QF: igorz malfunxionistz 12, owl49er's billygoats 16 (Final/15:00)
NFBC I - QF: duffeldoffel's Reds 14, Eagle Eyes 8 (Final/20:36)
NFBC I - QF: Moderate Drinkers 8, Niners Sparrows 0 (Final/15:00)
NFBC I - QF: frontmodes Kobras 14, Jetto Basterds 8 (Final/20:12)
The semifinal parings will be:
Game 1: igorz malfunxionistz or owl49er's billygoats @ duffeldoffel's Reds or Eagle Eyes
Game 2: Moderate Drinkers or Niners Sparrows @ frontmodes Kobras or Jetto Basterds
The winner of game 2 will be hosting the Cup Final.
