Regular-season game: Warriors RBs outgain the Moles (28 April 2010)
Season I, week 3: MoRe's Moles 23, Prussian Warriors 50 (Final)Their RBs ran for three TDs and 332 yds outgaining the entire Moles' offense as the Prussian Warriors (2-1) beat MoRe's Moles (2-1) by a score of 50-23.
The Warriors' QB threw for 287 yds and a pair of TDs. He had a stellar 145.1 passer rating and the Warriors' offense registered 611 yds on total offense - both QFL-records.
In the second quarter, the Warriors outscored the opposition 24-3 with 14 points coming in the last minute of the half. Trailing by 13 at the two-minute warning, the Moles had the ball at the opponents' 39. But the Warriors forced and recovered a fumble and two plays later scored on a 60-yd run. With 12 seconds left on the game clock, the Moles' QB was picked off at their own 35 from where the Warriors' QB then threw into the end zone for another TD.
The Moles never gave up and scored three second-half TDs but they failed to recover two onside kicks late in the game which led to two more TDs for the Warriors who held on to their 27-point halftime lead.
The Warriors' defenders contributed with four sacks, an interception and two fumble recoveries to the win.
