Drinkers take revenge and advanceThe Moderate Drinkers' defenders sacked Buvag's Lawyers' QB twice to make sure their offense's output would be enough to lift their team to the next round of the QFL Two-Minute Cup.
The Drinkers' offense went 3 yds backwards on the first play of their possession but a 13-yd pass on 3rd-and-9 followed by key runs for 16 and 10 yds respectively gave their defense a good shot to win the game.
Needing 40 yds to at least force extra possessions, the Lawyers tried to go through the air but two incompletions turned out their best plays. The game was over when their QB was sacked at the 2-yd line on fourth down.
The Drinkers took revenge for a 6-0 loss to the Lawyers they had suffered in the first qualifying round.
